If you are currently a Ruby House family and something is not working, please call us at the support number we provided during onboarding. Do not wait for an email reply during an active safety concern.

We currently serve families across the continental United States. Tier 2 and Tier 3 services that include on-site installation are available within a 100-mile radius of Detroit, Michigan; outside that area we ship a fully pre-configured kit with phone-guided setup.
