This is a private family safety alert program. It sends automated SMS notifications to a small, pre-authorized set of recipients (immediate family and contracted in-home caregivers, total 3-5 individuals) about safety events affecting one elderly family member with Alzheimer's disease. This is not a marketing program. There is no commerce, no public signup, and no third-party use.

Message Types You Will Receive

Bedroom egress / wandering detection alerts
Possible-fall alerts
Monitoring system status (camera offline, system disarmed, caregiver arrival/departure)
Nightly status summaries (in-bed confirmations)

Sample Messages

safety: possible egress detected at 03:42 AM. Verifying via cameras. Reply HELP or STOP.

safety: bedroom door opened at 02:14 AM with no caregiver visible. Reply HELP for info or STOP to opt out.

safety: confirmed in bed since 22:30, all systems normal. No action required. Reply HELP or STOP.

Message Frequency

Variable: typically 0-5 messages per day, occasionally up to 15 during an active safety event.
